$ sudo aptitude install libperl-version-perl

and then, rerun the update script.

Don't forget to install all listed required packages

$ sudo aptitude install $(cat ./docs/Ubuntu/ubuntu-packages-`lsb_release -cs`)

Note: I''ll checks if the package list is outdated.
