I think that is is DNS cache issue... Edit your /etc/resolv.conf file and add the following entry at first position:

nameserver 127.0.0.1

Postfix will query the local nameserver directly and normally, that should solve the problem that is normally only temporary.

Also, restart your postfix and then, try again.

Note: I'm not german so sorry if i've not understood the real problem here...
