No. Here the problem is on password decrypt. Maybe he did not save old keys?! Please check: /var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-db-keys.pl. If ypu found something like '{KEY}' you are in big trouble Wink

. Not so big if you have backups of old key Wink
