Entras por el dominio que configuraste como "maestro" o estás utilizando una dirección alternativa? Si no recuerdo mal ispcp lleva un setting que es "prevent login from external domains" en inglés, y que cuando está activo no te deja entrar si no es a través del dominio "maestro".
