Update from 1.0.6 -> 1.0.7
I tried to update my ispcp server

getCmdExitValue() | Starting...
getCmdExitValue() | [DEBUG] External command exited with value 1
getCmdExitValue() | Ending...
sys_command() | [ERROR] External command 'perl /var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-rqst-mngr norestart' exited with value 1 !
exit_msg() | Starting...
exit_msg() | Ending...
del_file() | Starting...
del_file() | Ending...

How diagnose and resolve this problem?
