ispCP Omega 1.0.7 Release

So i had to change it manually to

check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:60000,

Also in all 3 updates, ispcp wasn't able to resolve ispcp pma passwort -> but that wasn't a problem for me, because i've got all my passwords.
