PHP open_basedir Problem and Apache Problem

I reinstalled "fastcgi" and "fcgid" and the reconfiguration what is descriped here
-> http://isp-control.net/documentation/how...ate_config run without and error.

So this part works.

But after reconfigure the ispcp, is written on every domain where they got an homepage with PHP
-> Internel Server Error 500.

So any idea what is to do know?
