Okay, as you can imagine we can not properly answer you since we are missing multiple things:

(1) OS/Distribution/Version + ispcp version
(2) Guide that you used to set the thing up
(3) Postfix's main.cf and master.cf if you have modified it

Also, I see that you are trying to setup amavis as a "before-queue" filter. Although this is possible, the amavis people themselves disencourage this configuration (in favor of after-queue filtering).

Finally, the error message that you get is quite strange, (theoretically) meaning that the "xxx.sainet.co.za" client has connected to the server, but has not sent anything for almost 30 seconds so postfix timed out the attempt and disconnected the client. Are you sure that "xxx.sainet.co.za" is a proper e-mail server?
