I need to unencrypt a domain and email password

Hi

I need to unencrypt a domain and a email password for one of my clients.

I found this on the web http://isp-control.net/forum/thread-5495...l#pid91738

I did what it said except i could not find /root/bin so i just put it in the root dir.

I get a error command unknown

I am running:
ispCP 1.0.7 OMEGA - build: 20101124 - Codename: Priamos
on a debian 5
