DirectoryIndex Problem

Mam następujący problem, plik index.php, ktory lezy w /var/www/ nie jest wyswietlany, wyswietlny jest tylko index.htm, index.hml. Dodalem w /etc/apache/site-enebled/00_master.conf :

dziala to ale tylko na pliki index.php ktory leza na w ktalogach htdocs/ poszczegolnych domen uzytkownikow.

Jak to ugryzc ?
