Update trotz symbolic Links?

Seems to me the Thread was moved from the German Corner to the Support Area.
To Meikelathome problem in a translated version:

He uses two Heartbeat-Server and all the Data and configs are saved on a NFS-Server. So he used symlinks to them. Everything is running fine so far but the Update ends in Errors.

So the cp should look like this (Meikelathome means)
