[Resuelto] Problema Index.html

Hola estoy como loco no me muestra las index.html

Forbidden 403 /

Directory index forbidden by Options directive:

He probado a añadir:

<IfModule mod_dir.c>
DirectoryIndex index.php index.html index.htm index.xhtml
</IfModule>

/etc/apache/site-enebled/00_master.conf

en ubuntu el httpd.conf esta en blanco he añadido esto pero nada

DirectoryIndex index.html index.htm index.php index.shtml index.cgi index.pl index.xhtm

restart server y nada
