for everyone else, upgrading from 1.0.4 caused me to do the following:

change the line in /etc/default/postgrey

POSTGREY_OPTS="--inet=127.0.0.1:60000"

to

POSTGREY_OPTS="--inet=127.0.0.1:10023"
