Problema con DNS

como a kungans le comentaba tengo problemas para poder ver mis paginas web en internet
revisando el dominio en la web http://www.whatmydns.net veo que apunta a mi direccion ip interna y no a la externa, lo he mirado desde fuera de mi red para no crear confusion
alguien me puede ayudar?
por si alguien quiere comprobarlo mi dominio es http://www.telnetia.com
