change the default/template php.ini

make clear that not others are in ispcp (maintenance mode) - just to reduce the time php is not working...

set in table "domain", field domain_status to change
(UPDATE `domain` SET `domain_status` = 'change')

remove or rename all the php below /var/www/fcgi/ - except for the "master" domain... (ispcp itself)

kick /var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-rqst-mngr
