You use last trunk, where ispcp.conf is modified. Add to this file following lines:

APACHE_SUEXEC_MAX_GID = 29999

APACHE_SUEXEC_MAX_UID = 29999

. Next time when you will upgrade check if ispcp.conf is modified or not Wink
