[SOLVED] Problems with FTP

Still that damn error..

What the hell is going wrong?

Or, now i got this when i tried to start proftpd:

failed!

Changed the MinUserUID to 1 and maxuseruid to 9999, and it started up,

But i still cant login?

It just goes:

I really dont understand this..
