VPS Problems with ispCP

Hello,

i've got a vps server with 1 ip.
If i goto my vps ip, it will me send to the admin panel.
It's a idea to move the admin panel to an port ?
Can i change it to my website?

Other problem..
ProFTPd won't start, this error:

If i check the proftpd.conf and root_domain.conf i dont see "vps23".
