before install ,i can`t login to admin ....

hi,thank you for ispcp,it`s very usefull~

i have installed it on freebsd 7.1,
but when i execute "cpan upgrade",
it list:

Warning: Cannot install upgrade, don't know what it is.
Try the command

i /upgrade/

to find objects with matching identifiers.
CPAN: Time::HiRes loaded ok (v1.9715)

and when i login as admin it`s not work,
halt on when i click submit.
nothing output~

help me..........
