Separate Common Config from Distro-specific

        * Fixed #1725: /var/log/rkhunter.log not readable (AGAIN)
    - DATABASE:
        * The Sql files (database.sql, language.sql) are the same for all distributions. Moved into only one directory to facilitate the maintenances.
