Update 1.0.2->1.0.3 Database Error

Hello,
i run Version 1.0.2 on Debian Lenny and wanted now to upgrade to 1.0.3. The System is fresh installed a view month ago an all runs fine. When i start with perl ispcp-update i get this error:

Ok I realy dont have this Directory, but why and what must i do? thx
