wrong links in news ;)

Hey Guys,

there are two links wrong in the Announcement of 1.0.6 in the news. The system requirements is pointing to
http://isp-control.net/documentation/about/requirements
instead of
http://isp-control.net/documentation/about:requirements
(watch the colon Wink

)

Same issue to the install guide link.
