Das habe ich mir Dovecot und Roundcube gelößt. TheCry hatte damals ein PW_Changer für die Api geschrieben. Geht 1A.

Ansonsten habe ich halt Open-Xchange im Einsatz.
Sonst kannst mal e-Groupware oder Tine 2.0.
Wobei ich hier nicht weis ob Du das PW so einfach ändern kannst.
