Problemas al enviar email

Kurgans sera algun error de permisos? Cannot write ./dfq1F2Whhm017738 estube revisando en el admin y esta mal lo siguiente:
199.195.142.213 (Port 110) POP3 UP
199.195.142.213 (Port 995) POP3-SSL DOWN
199.195.142.213 (Port 25) SMTP DOWN
199.195.142.213 (Port 465) SMTP-SSL DOWN
localhost (Port 783) SPAMASSASSIN DOWN

ahora bien haciendo un TOP no veo el servicio postfix esta lo siguiente

Veo que esta corriendo el Sendmail-mta pero he hecho un apt-get remove sendmail
dice que no hay nada para desinstalar.

Bueno ya lo solucione lo del puerto caido del smtp y hasta el momento me envia correos pero no me los esta recibiendo este es el mensaje devuelto
