[Solved] PostFix doesn't send or receive email

myhostname = hosting-zone.eu
mydomain = hosting-zone.eu.local
mydestination = $myhostname, $mydomain


therein lies the problem... you as moderator should have read that about 15 times... thats the minimal amount I answered that question.

the hosting-zone.eu must not be listed in mydestination when its configured as virtual domain (even postfix says exactly that in the log file)

set $myhostname to mail.hosting-zone.eu
set $mydomain = $myhostname

mail.hosting-zone.eu should point to the ip of your mailserver, and postmaster and abuse must be accepted (/etc/aliases may be suitable)...


Can someone add this to the faq? Its annoying answering the same question every week...
