Upgrade 1.0.0 to 1.0.4 Error

Hello All,

I did last time is the upgrade from version 1.0.0 to 1.0.4, but failed and I return to the beginning of the backup file in /tmp, but what happens is my ispcp control panel cannot be open / blank page with text "No input file specified."

How to fix this? Help me

enable debug in ispcp.conf, restart update and post Output (and maybe some more info's )

Debug messages where it will be seen? If the output in the file log? If yes, what the log file name?
