Some OS have a blank page when login

Server System is CentOS 5.4.
The version of ispCP is 1.0.4

When I login the panel with IE8 and Opera on Windows7,there was no problem.
But today somebody tell me when they login panel on windows xp.They get a blank page.
I also tried to login the panel on a computer with windows xp and IE8,there is a blank page,too.

I see my default-error.log,there is a notice:

Did you enabled the compatible mode in IE8 ?

there was the same problem with compatible mode enable or disable.
My IE on windows7&xp are all IE8.
But in windows7 there were no problem.It only blank in windows xp.
So I think it`s not the IE`s problem.

The other people told me ,that when he login in the panel ,there was blank.
but when he click the back buttom he can see the site ,when click other link it`s blank too.
Only can use back buttom to see the site.

There is the error report form restart httpd to visit the panel in the default-error.log.
