User signup

Anyhow is there a script or anything were a user can signup for a plan (im doing free webhosting)

This comes with ispCP ;-)
Add a Hosting Plan as Reseller and copy the Link to the Hostinplan to your Site - thats all.

I have added a plan in the reseller bit, were do i find the link to that plan?

As Reseller under Manage hosting plans, then click on your Hosting Plan and copy the link. That's all.
