chroot dominio?

Hola,

No se si alguno de ustedes usa o ha usado shoutcast admin panel (que es opensource), la cosa es que no logro que los servidores me corran, pregunte en la pagina de ellos y me dijeron que tenia que hacerle "chroot" al dominio, la verdad desconozco como hacerlo, no se si alguien tiene alguna idea.

Ya deje las carpetas 777, pero no hubo cambios
