Problems with the wiki

Good morning, I was trying to edit http://www.isp-control.net/documentation...mmands_cli and I'm having serious problems displaying the page correctly

Sometimes I get redirected to http://www.isp-control.net:8079/document...mmands_cli

And the times that I am not redirected to a weird port, I just see the characters wrongly displayed.
I tried both on firefox and arora, with same results.
