how to disable ispCP logging daemon emails?

i am running 1.0.4 on debian. How can i stop the emails whenever a user logs in? or, how can i specify what events cause the emails?

i see ... with reagrds to updating, will my mods all still work? i have got, roundcube and dovecot setup.

i have seen there is a link saying a new version is available, is it an automated update?

is there a changelog somewhere?
