account status is not ok!
Hi!

This is my first installation.
I have instaled the IspCP 1.0.5 on the Centos 5.4 Server.

I can create users, but I cant't switch to user.

The message is displayed: username's account status is not ok!

Help me please!

Regards,
Marcelo

RE: account status is not ok!
Click "Systemtools" then ISPCP-Debugger and look of there are more informations. If not, you should run the ispcp-rqst-mngr manually and see if there are more informations.

RE: account status is not ok!
Hi,

I have some kind of the same problem.

sys_command() | ERROR: External command '/bin/bzcat -d /var/www/virtual/***/backups/***.sql.bz2 | /usr/bin/mysql --user="****" --password="***" --database="***"' returned '1' status !

This is the problem for the Status is not OK!

But actually I have no idea, where to look to get a solution.

I hope someone of you could help me.

I am running ispCP 1.0.2 on a Debian Lenny System.

Thank you very much,
Hoffmann Mich
