On Cpanel based hosting, we can access the domains using a alternative URL until the domain DNS is propagated - something like this:
http://123.123.123.123/~username

This will redirect the user to the public_html (htdocs) dir of that user, so for ispcp would be something like:
http://123.123.123.123/~domain.com

There is anything like that?
