The problem, with new webmaster is, that he his files, upload in the root folder, and does'nt upload in the htdocs folder.

Maybe an option, to does'nt allow chance outside the htdocs folder?

RE: Impossible to chance outside htdocs folder
So why don´t you move it ?
Maybe you should send an e-Mail that they have to upload it in the "htdocs" folder. Or you put it in the Welcome e-Mail.

But i mean that this works in the most Pannels.
And most "Webmaster" out there know about the "htdocs" Folder Wink

RE: Impossible to chance outside htdocs folder
I think this is a unique feature, the majority of webmasters already know to put their files into htdocs. There are way too many advantages to have files in htdocs, which relate to emails, ssl and lots of other things that need to stay outside of the "site files directory" Wink

As BeNe said, you are better off informing your users via the Welcome Email.
