VHCS - need help. URGENT!

Hello ALL,
I have one server with old VHCS setup, it was cracked, but client want to clean it. So, I have reinstalled latest VHCS 2.4.8 ver, but have in logs

repl_tag() | ERROR: Undefined input data, rwith: || !

Can somebody help me to troubleshoot it? I can't find a way howto enable debug mode on it. I'll plan to upgrade it to ispcp later, but I need to fix panel for current state.

normally there is a value missing which should be in ispcp.conf...

but better ask in vhcs.net
