IspCP se cae

Hola a todos.

Ya hacía mucho tiempo que no tenía problemas. Tuve problemas con el php5-cgi, pero se solucionó con un parche ( http://isp-control.net/forum/thread-10703.html ).
Ahora vuelve a ocurrir lo mismo, vuelve a caerse IspCP, no responde ningún servicio y tengo que reiniciarlo desde el panel de ovh.
Dejo por aquí el log de /var/www/apache2/users a ver si alguien puede decirme qué hacer. He visto también esto: http://isp-control.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=2939 pero no sé si me podrá solucionar el problema.

Esa solucion nada tiene que ver con tu problema, eso era un problema en la primeras versiones de ISPCP, que habia que recompilar apache o bien usar mod_php,

Dale mas tiempo de vida al proceso php en la configuracion del modulo

Gracias por tu respuesta Kurgans.

He revisado los archivos que se indican en el post, y había cambiado todos menos uno, que era el que había provocado seguramente con la actualización, que algunos valores volvieran a su estado anterior, como el export PHPRC.

Hay algunos archivos que no aparecen en el post o que están en otra ruta. Los he corregido y vamos a esperar a ver qué tal va ahora.

Estás usando debian stable con los paquetes oficiales? Esque a ver, php está dandote segmentation faults, cosa que no debería ocurrir nunca en la vida. Eso significa que te estás encontrando con algún bug o en el mismo php o en alguna de las librerías.

Antes que nada, prueba a actualizar tu sistema a la última, y solo con paquetes oficiales. Si te sigue pasando, tendrías que detectar en qué casos te ocurre el problema (viendo qué paginas) y luego intentar determinar la función/librería que provoca el segfault...

Hola Kilburn,

El server lo tengo en ovh, y acabo de cambiar el netboot por otro más actual, a ver qué tal va. He modificado también los valores del php.ini para darle más tiempo de ejecución a los procesos, a ver si se arreglaba, subiéndolos a 300s. Parece que ahora no hace nada raro, pero seguiré atento a ver si ahora va bien.

Antes me tiraba errores 500 en wordpress, y a la que lo hacía varias veces se colgaba.

Uso los paquetes de la rama stable y está actualizado ya que lo compruebo y actualizo al menos una vez a la semana. Lo único que he usado de volatile ha sido para actualizar el clamav.

Lo tengo monitorizado con zabbix, que por cierto antes no me daba datos de eth0 y ahora desde que cambié el kernel sí me los da. Zabbix me tira unos valores normales de uso y carga de cpu, memoria y swap.

Todos los errores que encontraba antes eran de libc-2.7.so.

Aún con las modificaciones que expliqué antes, me volvió a tirar algún que otro error 500, pero desde que he actualizado php, va todo bien, bueno al menos en principio no se han producido errores ni se ha colgado el sistema desde hace una semana.

Bueno, poco a poco voy probando algunas cosas y descubriendo otras.

Parecía ir bien, pero hay algo que no funciona. Al actualizar php ha ido todo perfecto, pero al volver a activar ioncube (que lo tenía deshabilitado) tira de nuevo los errores con php5-cgi (parece que no se soportan juntos). Además, me aparece en el phpinfo que están activados ioncube y eaccelerator, pero éste último parece que no va, porque tengo un juego que necesita eaccelerator y lo único que me tira es que no está cargado.

Decidí cambiar fcgid por fastcgi, así que deshabilité el módulo fcgid y habilité fastcgi. En principio todo bien, pero...

- Tengo abierto siempre un proceso php5-cgi por web
- Si mato los procesos y reinicio apache, cada web que abra por primera vez en el navegador, que sea wordpress, tira un error 500, pero si refrescas funciona ya bien. El resto, aunque necesite php o sea html no tira el error.
- Los procesos cpu, ram, swap están en valores normales.
- Ahora si puedo tener al mismo tiempo ioncube y eaccelerator

Tengo que hacer algún cambio para que me funcione bien fastcgi y no me tire esos errores 500 al reiniciar apache?

Ioncube es un módulo php, así que si peta con segfaults pues... no te puedo decir mucho, salvo que ese módulo es una mierda pinchada en un palo. Entiendo que usas algun software que lo requiere, pero comprende tu también que eso es problema de ioncube y en todo caso deberían solucionarlo ellos. Desde el equipo de ispcp poco podemos hacer...

Por otra parte, activar eaccelerator e ioncube a la vez no tiene sentido (los dos son optimizadores de php). Por tanto, yo te diría que, si diferentes webs necesitan uno u otro, pues simplemente desactivalos en global (mirate la carpeta /etc/php5/conf.d o algo así) y activa cada uno de ellos en el php.ini correspondiente. De ese modo deberías ahorrarte problemas con las demás webs como mínimo (y quizá en todas, por lo de evitar el conflicto entre módulos).

Finalmente, yo no te recomiendo fastcgi en lenny ni posteriores. Fastcgi es un software abandonado hace tiempo, con bugs conocidos, etc.. Si configuras mod_fcgid y los php5-fcgi-starter correctamente no deberías tener problema alguno (excepto si intentas lanzar un script que tarde más de 30 segundos, lo cual *no es normal* en páginas web). Hay varios threads sobre como mantener los recursos a raya con mod_fcgid (ejemplo, otro ejemplo).

Tip: usa google con "site:isp-control.net lo que quieres buscar" para buscar en el foro, que es mucho mejor que la funcionalidad de búsqueda del mismo foro
