Clean Apache Logs

I have a bit of a problem: my apache log dir is over 3GB in size and i could use that space.

My question is: if i delete the log files until the current day is it going to affect ispcp in any way?

I assume ispcp uses the logs for awstats, but since awstats it's not working anymore on my server i guess there's no problem in deleting the logs.
