High Memory Usage!

Hi,

I just installed ispCp on my VPS:

1GB RAM
2Ghz CPU
50GB HDD

My memory usage is 740MB on idle and my websites usually get a moderate amount of traffic, which will surely make the server run out of memory! Why is my memory usage so high, I don't see anything when I look at the processes. Can someone help me solve this problem please?
