captcha not showing

Greetings,

i am setting up ispcp for the first time, and everything worked smoothly.
Now i can't login anymore, dunno if it's me that lost the passwords, or that something is wrong.

When i want to request a new password, the captcha is'nt showing.

Is this a known problem? What can i do about this?
