Change vu2000 Password

Newbie question:
How can I change the user name and password for ISPCP Administrator.
Also how do I change vu2000 password.
Isn't ISPCP Administrator and vu2000 the same?

These options aren't available from ISPCP Backend

every ispcp user can change his own password.

Also the admin:
<ispcp-url>/admin/password_change.php

But I think the passwords of the vuXXXX users (the system passwords!) cannot be changed...
