Create subdomains - error 403

Hello everybody:

I have a server, Centos 5.5, IBM HS22, 16 GB RAM, and ISPCP OMEGA 1.0.6. Everything is installed, sending and receiving emails are OK. It was ready to start production. But one of last trials was to create subdomains.

For example, i have "domain.com", this website is displayed correctrly, but if I create "subdomain.domain.com", this web page is not correctly displayed. A 403 error is shown.

What could be the problem, anybody could help me please

1. Why are you posting this on the spanish forum?

2. 403 means "forbidden" error. Have you modified any of the subdomain's files through ssh? Which mount point did you choose for the subdomain? What does the /var/log/apache2/users/sub.domain.tld-error.log say? Can you post the "ls -lah /var/www/virtual/domain.com/mount_point" output?
