Small bug in autocreated mail for new users

There is a very small bug in 1.0.7 in the autogenerated mail for new users.
Change:

Code:

Statistics: {BASE_SERVER_VHOST_PREFIX}{BASE_SERVER_VHOST}/{USERNAME}/stats/

To:

Code:

Statistics: {BASE_SERVER_VHOST_PREFIX}{BASE_SERVER_VHOST}/stats/{USERNAME}/

If you don't change it, the user won't be able to go directly to the statistic page over the URL sent by mail.
