Hello ;

ispCP is not intended to be used by a registrar but by Hosting Service Providers. the parked domains feature is mostly used by registrars. Right now, if you want, you can create a domain name via ispCP as reseller and disable it.

Or add them as alias and use redirect feature to simulate redirect (a kind of parked domain) .
