I had this problem the first time I ran it as well, the easiest solution is to just start it again. It's failing to get the rkhunter definitions, which happens occasionally. It worked fine for me on the second try.

Looking at the bug tracker, looks like it was fixed in 1.0.7rc2. What version are you installing?
