Enhanced ticket system

Hi..

Id like to come with a suggestion to enhance the ticket system.

The ticket system is ok like it is today but it would be good if the ticket system could real mail addresses and add that into the ticket system aswell. Incase someone sends tickets via email to support@domain.tld for example.
