There seem to be some issues in following the install instructions when using Ubuntu.

Specifically, php isn't working; apache is serving the raw php file rather than processing it.

My steps taken are below:

The issue then is when running the setup script (with default settings):

The control panel appears to work, I can create admins, resellers and users.

When vswitching to a newly created user, I get:
"account status is not ok!"
Toggling the user status from the reseller dashboard doesn't make any difference..

Then, when trying to delete a user, I get a "Wrong domain ID" error, and the user isn't removed.

Incidentally, the image to change user status is broken, using:
themes/omega_original/images/icons/reload.png.png
Why the double .png suffix?

Help?

I'm sure it was easier than this when I installed it on my laptop for testing.

Running:
/var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-rqst-mngr
manually seems to fix the account status issue, and also creates the relevant directories in /var/www/virtual which weren't present before.

Now, to find out why the request manager isn't being run automatically, and to test the domains to ensure they are working...
