MySQL blocks external connections after an unknown time

Hi folks!
I've got a little problem with my mysql-server.

Server-informations:
• Server #Web:
Debian Lenny 32-bit 2.6.26-2-686-bigmem
mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.51a, for debian-linux-gnu (i486) using readline 5.2
• Server #Database:
Debian Lenny 64-bit 2.6.26-2-amd64
mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.51a, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.2

Problem:
1st day: Server #Web is allowed to create databases on Server #Database.
~2nd day: Server #Web isn't allowed to do anything on Server #Database

I can always connect to the mysql-server from Server #Database, all my scripts are working really fine, without problems, but it seems to be... that my Server #Web will be blocked after X requests or something like that.

Server #Web is allowed to do all on Server #Database, if the MySQL-Server is restarted...

Does anyone knows a solution for my problem?

Take a look in the log files.... I think there you can find an answer ;-)
