Clicking PDF download and i get in Internet Explorer unable to download

My joomla site is up and running the only problem i have is if i click with Internet Explorer on the PDF icon to download the article PDF file i get "unable to download" but in Firefox it works.

Is there a ispCP settings that i need to do because this worked in Internet Explorer on the last website hoste where i was .
