AWSTATS Update from Browser

Q1. I enabled the awstats to update from browser for domain.com

when i press the update now on browser i get the error

Error: Couldn't open server log file "/var/log/apache2/domain.com-combined.log" : Permission denied

Setup ('/etc/awstats/awstats.domain.com.conf' file, web server or permissions) may be wrong.
Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory).

I set the permission to 755 , 777 but the same error


Q2. What is the command to update all webhost awstats files manually
