Webmail alias not logging in after change to Dovecot

Hi,

I can login to the webmail with a email address created on a main domain fine and send and recieve emails fine, however if i try to login to a domain alias via webmail i get the error below:

i followed the how to, to install dovecot and pysieved, and then install roundcube, which all went fine, but im left with the problem above and i cannot seem to find the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
